Things to do before the world ends
So everyone is going crazy about the whole world ending thing. 21st of December 2012, according to the Mayans, the world will apparently come to an end. As stupid as it may sound, some people actually do believe. In fact, some countries they've reserved some special so called safe spot for people to go in and survive the end of the world. My opinion on that? I would say they're some crazy smart ass businessman to actually come up with such things to make money.
Anyway, here's just a small comedy vlog on things that you should do before the world ends.

Child Abuse
So today I woke up and as usual, 1st thing I do is to check my phone and check my Facebook. Unlike any other days, today I saw this video of a small Indian boy being abused by his father and the video was going viral in Facebook. An 8 minute long clip of a father beating his probably 3 years old son like as if the little boy was a punching bag.
This is not my 1st time seeing such a video. And like everyone else, everytime I watch videos like this, I get very frustrated and start cursing the parents for being such a heartless animal. "Hope he rots in hell!", "Kill him".But today, after watching that video, I thought to myself, who exactly is the prey and the predator?
To me, if I were to asked to describe child abuse, I would only describe it in two words. "Chain reaction". It's like a never ending curse and all it takes is for the spell to be broken and the hardest challenge is to actually do that. Ones character and personality is shaped since young. It's all in the parents hands to how they want their children to be in the future. In fact, they play the biggest role in the child's development.
They say that a kid grows up to be just like his/her parents. In other words, they're like a spitting image of their parents. Everything a parent does reflects on how a child is going to be in the future.
Going back to the video, instead of showering the kid with love, he was exposed to fear and hate at that young vulnerable age. This not only affects the child physically, but psychologically, mentally and emotionally as well. And this abused child will most likely to grow up and feel like a social outcast. This is where the problem starts. Someway or another, it will lead him to a negative path. A matter of fact, he will grow up and be just like his abusive father and throw away all his pain in the past on his child. And this continues in the family and in this "abused family chain cycle", rapists and murderers are ought to be born.
So back to my question, who exactly is the prey and who is the predator? Hypothetically, both the abuser and the abused kid are the prey and the predator. It's just a matter of time they switch roles.
My point is, the most important thing in the world is parents love. It determines everything. If all parents can do that, the world would be a better place and social issues would drop down too. I'm not a person who could change ones life, but if I was given a chance to do so, all I want is to break the spell of one "chain reaction"
